We strictly adhere to the New Zealand Government Covid-19 health and safety guidelines recommended by our industry.

Drivers and Guides Requirements

Drivers and guides are fully vaccinated and are trained in Covid-19 health and safety, including hygiene and health screening.
Drivers and guides receive daily wellness checks.
Hand sanitiser available in vehicles.
Drivers wear masks in transit on request.
Vehicles are deep cleaned between tours.

Guest Requirements

Guests are not required to wear masks in vehicles and venues, unless experiencing Covid-19 symptoms.

If a guest is experiencing Covid-19 symptoms we request a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RATs) to allow the guest to proceed with the tour.

Testing positive during your tour

If you test positive to Covid-19 during your tour you will need to complete a mandatory seven-day isolation period and comply with the regulations issued by the New Zealand Ministry of Health. If required, the Landmarks team will assist you in securing your isolation accommodation and making any other travel arrangements as needed or you can liaise with your travel agent for assistance.

General

Although masks are not required to be worn on flights, we encourage it and it’s recommended to continue to wear a mask in populated or busy areas including on public transport or in the airport.

It is highly recommended to have an up-to-date travel insurance policy which covers Covid-19 when travelling to or around New Zealand. Please ensure you have ready access to your electronic copy or paper of your current complete vaccination certificate.
