Tour Planning Process.
Our 4 step tour planning process mostly relates to multi-day tours, although Auckland and surrounds day tours still receive the same care and attention in order to build you the perfect one-of-a-kind private experience.
01 Let's Talk
The planning begins with a conversation, either a phone call or please use our contact form to tell us your specific needs, interests, expectations and timing.
02 First Itinerary
We’ll plan your tailormade tour around your specific interests with honest advice based on personal knowledge of the destination. To do this we ask for a non-refundable fee of $NZD250 – $NZD1000 depending the tour length. Upon acceptance of the final itinerary, this fee will be taken off the reservation deposit.
This is where we determine the itinerary detail, adjust arrangements and finalise the selection of accommodations and activities. We’ll send you a final itinerary for approval.
All bookings and reservations are made and secured with deposits paid as requested. By paying the deposit you agree to our Standard Terms and Conditions which are available on enquiry.
